If you are looking for an alternative to expensive hotels and corporate apartments, International House Co-living Medellin is exactly the getaway that you are looking for.

At our co-living you can enjoy community or privacy, by interacting when you want with the other international residents of the building. Most come to study Spanish, work, semester abroad, do volunteer work, or just enjoy one of the most innovative cities in the world.

We have 14 private rooms -each is furnished with a double bed (new mattresses), Smart TV, fan, desk, rotating office chair, sheets, towels, blanket, closet, and digital keyless lock. Basicially it’s a big, roommate situation. Everyone gets their own room for privacy, but when they want community, our fabulous common areas are there for your enjoyment. The private rooms share 12 bathrooms, all with great pressure and hot water.

From the roof you have an incredible 360 degree view of the city of Medellin. The rooftop seating area is a huge, u-shaped sofa, accented with original tables made from antique doors, windows, and skylights. Large gas grill on the roof, steam room, washer/dryer, and full bathroom with shower. Fast and stable Wifi throughout the building, including rooftop and downstairs deck area.

So, if you want a clean and healthy environment for your stay in Medellin, come to International House Medellin, and your host Joel will make sure your stay exceeds your expectations.

We are conveniently located in a central hub of Medellín with easy access to all forms of public transportation. Within one block there are buses to the metro, to the entertainment district (El Poblado, Zona Rosa, Parque Lleras). Walk three blocks and you can catch the new MetroPlus line, a dedicated bus lane that gets you to important destinations quickly.

Directly in front of the building is one of the largest, most-visited sports/recreation complexes in Medellín, La Unidad Deportiva de Belén. Here you can play basketball, soccer, frisbee, tennis, etc., for free! Use of the swimming pool is about $2/day. There is also a new, international standard, 16-lane bowling alley, two pools (one olympic), archery, dirt bike riding course, and much more.
